My personal experience with housing insecurity and homelessness fuels my passion for creating pathways to stable housing for all New Mexicans. Professionally, I've spent years honing my skills in program development, collaboration, and data analysis across public and private sectors, including federal, state, and local governments.

I was known as the Dirty Red Bandana (because of my tattered red bandana), as the DRB I have assisted people in connecting with resources for over 20 years.

My core competencies include curriculum design, new hire onboarding, talent development, and leadership training with a focus on the diverse needs of all learners.
I also leverage my various credentials and certifications in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development, curriculum design and development, learning data analytics, and e-learning training.
I aim to help individuals thrive and organizations grow their brand. While effectively managing each relationship within the formal and informal organization chart.

CEO and property manager responsible for over $2 million dollars in assets, acquisitions, housing. I develop and execute time saving strategies leading cross-functional renovation teams. Known for data-driven decision making, project management, and low budget high quality remodeling approach. Focused on quick move in times to accommodate the nation's current housing crisis.
