Carla is an impassioned leader in staff training, development, and empowerment. Carla earned a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management-Organizational Training and Development.

Carla’s leadership and innovative spirit have resulted in the establishment of employee development programs and organization change initiatives. To include the creation of a degree program in Human Resources Management, alumni mentoring, faculty development and internship programs.

For fun, Carla enjoys local and international travel to meet new people, experience the culture and eat good food. She also enjoys spending time with her adult children and her beloved granddaughter, Lileighanne. As a recent transplant to San Diego, Carla knows the power of networking and will always agree to a new local experience. Carla is a hard-working team player, innovative leader, and a great friend.
